Response Library

Most tender responses are not written from scratch. They are recombinations of content the business has already produced. Past responses, case studies, capability statements, project descriptions, technical write-ups. The win rate of any response team is partly a function of how well they can find and reuse that material under deadline pressure.

The Response Library is the structured store of that material. Upload whole past response documents, and Tendl decomposes them into individual question and answer pairs that can be retrieved separately. Or add individual responses directly if you have a particularly strong answer to a question that comes up often. Either way, the content is structured, searchable, and ready for reuse.

The Library feeds drafting workflows. When the AI generates a response to a new tender question, it draws from the Library first. The content is tagged, attributed to source, and traceable back to the bid it came from.

What this protects is the compounding asset most response teams already have but cannot quite access. Every win contributes content that strengthens the next response. Every reuse maintains the link to where the content came from.
