Supporting Evidence
Tender submissions require evidence. Insurance certificates. Accreditations. Past project descriptions. Capability statements. CVs. Security documentation. Most response teams scramble to find the right document under deadline pressure, often unsure whether the version they have is the latest, often unable to find the document at all.
Supporting Evidence is the structured store for everything else the team might need to attach to a submission or reference in a response. Documents are uploaded, tagged, attributed, and retrievable through structured search or natural language query. The AI uses them as references when drafting. Humans use them when assembling the final submission pack.
When the bid manager asks whether there is a current public liability certificate, the answer is in the system. When the AI references a previous project to support a capability claim, the reference points to a Supporting Evidence document the team can stand behind.
This is the third piece of the knowledge foundation. Response Library holds past response content. Business Context holds the facts about the business. Supporting Evidence holds the documents that prove both.
